Not at all. The Dormsius subsidiaries (Boutique, Restaurant, Fast, Travels, Studio, Hostel) are our own operating brands. When we invest in external businesses, they remain your business — with your brand, your identity, and your vision. We are a partner and shareholder, not a parent brand. You retain your independence while gaining our capital and ecosystem support.

Both — always. We believe capital without guidance leads to expensive mistakes, and mentorship without money leads to great ideas that never launch. Every business we back receives ongoing strategic support, access to our ecosystem, and a direct advisory relationship. This is not lip service: our team genuinely works alongside our portfolio companies.
